   We have always found Blackbrook to be one of the best places to go for our cars. They speak to you on your level, are trustworthy, reliable and provide excellent service. The staff are friendly and never let you pay more than you need to. I cannot fault them, and am truly gutted we couldn't bring them with us when we moved away! On countless occasions they went the extra mile for us, and accommodated us even when it was clear they were super busy. I'd recommend Rich and his team to anyone.

   DO NOT USE! I booked my car in at half past the hour. Arrived at twenty five past the hour to be told your booking was fifteen minutes past (it wasnt). I was told appointments fifteen minutes late are cancelled to which I replied its not fifteen minutes yet even though I'm early. He said sorry computer wont accept it now, I said you havnt tried, his reply was NO! I have recently moved across from this garage after using a previous local garage for twenty years. I think I will travel back there. Also I have a number of close friends who use this garage which I will inform about the aggressive lies and unprofessional manor my family was subject to today. Disgusted and appalled by how we were treated today. Found another local friendly reasonable garage if anyone would like to travel a bit further. well worth it After the response to my review maybe you should learn how to tell the time. Even if your incorrect booking was true that would have made us 10 minutes late within as you have stated your fifteen minute window and we were stood in the waiting room for five minutes waiting to be seen but we were still turned away. Terrible customer service and lies. To clear up aggressive to be told 'NO!' instead of 'Sorry we are not able to do it' would justify this.

   Been here every year for my M.O.T for the past 8 years or so, never really had a problem before. This time however I was quoted £75 for repairs which was a set of brake shoes fitted. When car was ready to be picked up the mechanics there didn't know how much the repair was and asked me what I was quoted over the phone. I said I was quoted £75, they said that can't be right it must of been £175. So I was charged £175 (for m.o.t and repairs) , now I'm pretty sure the guy said £75 on the phone, but he could have said £175, but it's the fact that no effort was made to find the correct price and I was just left with the bill that was just a wild guess that I wasn't very happy with. But like I say I've been using them for 8 years and been happy enough every time till now. Will prob try somewhere else next year however.
