I ordered a laser level that I was desperate for, the courier tried to deliver to the wrong address so I explained to laser levels our street is off the one they tried to deliver too, but they where not interested in trying to get it sent there and wanted an alternative address. Obviously with the nature of my industry needing a laser level I couldn’t give them one so they just wanted to refund me rather than get the courier to deliver to the correct address! They where not very helpful

Contacted them via online message about a laser level issue. Although my model of laser wasn't one they stock/deal with and therefore they couldnt help me directly, their callback to me was pretty much instant after posting and the polite guy I spoke to gave me some invaluable free advice even though he wouldn't be able to sell me anything. Thankyou for your advice and getting back to me so quickly! Most would have ignored me or replied with a generic reply template. A polite and helpful bit of advice from a human voice who wasn't trying to take my money unnecessarily. There are some "good-uns" left
