   Called in for help with my brakes, they did tell me they were busy but they quickly had the vehicle on the ramp inspecting potential issue which they found straight away. Steve the owner said they may get chance to do it the same day but to save me being stranded without transport he gave me a Poole car to use till the next day.. The vehicle was ready the next morning and I wasn't shocked with what they charged.. Fantastic service, definitely recommend..

   Carried out a full service on my Lexus NX, I was quoted £525 at Lexus main dealer, Pitstop quoted£240 for same service, no brainier then. I had inadvertently put engine oil in windscreen washer, they noticed this and flushed the system and added screen wash and antifreeze with no extra charge. Would recommend them without a moment hesitation, great serve

   Friend of mine took their car there, Charged £400 to fit a cheap alternator (I checked out the make and price of the one supplied, £80) certainly not an OEM part. It lasted less than 2 days and it had to go back for them to fit yet another cheap and nasty make, they tried to blame the battery which was brand new and only fitted less than a week earlier. That’s £320 labour for a 20 minute job! Beware!

   The best garage out there by a country mile. Staff are superb, polite and will help you with anything. They’ll even lend you their courtesy car the beloved but bedraggled Fiat !!!! Superb in every way with no ripping off with outlandish prices. Genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else. Well done .
