“Professional service. Efficient service with full diesel injector testing and replacement carried out due to a leak. Also allowed me to bring the car up the afternoon before booking day, as it is a bit out the way if coming from Liverpool. Work required did result in a fairly large bill, but the full reasons and requirements were fully explained to me in advance. Completed the work same day as well. Happy with how the car runs already. “My washing machine, which I bought from Irelands broke down at the height of the crisis. It was over 5 years old and out of warranty but well maintained. When I mentioned that as a key worker I had to wash my uniform daily Andy at Ireland's couldn't do enough for me. The machine was fixed and returned within a few days. “Cannot speak too highly of this firm. Had a 9 years old Panasonic TV model No. TX-P46G20B which would not show picture even though the red light was on. The television also started making clicking noises every few minutes or so. Telephoned one TV engineer, who said that this was a common fault with Panasonic and that you could not get spare parts for it, he suggested that we get a new television. Before buying a new tv, decided to get a second opinion. Took it to Prescotts for them to have a look at it. They contacted me 3 hours later to say that the tv was fixed and ready for collection. All the tv needed was a factory re-set. The tv is now back home and working properly. Very helpful and honest family firm. Thank you for a job well done. John Troughton.”
