   Mot ended up having to pay for new exhaust that was okay before it went in. Never told us would never go back. Awful service and expensive. Lady at reception. Lovely. Will in future use garage on burscough street. Cheaper.

   used this garage for a while it used to be amazing but the last few months its gone down hill. took car in for mot it failed so had the repair fixed only to be told found another fault so second day had that fault repaired then told another fault so had that repaired 3rd day 4th day to do retest and apparently failed again so had to get another huge repair 5th day all repairs done bill very high and took 3 retests to pass mot. so 5 long days to fix all these repairs they kept car all day and apparently took 3 retests because car was cold so how what if car was cold first time and didnt need all these repairs. prices very high. customer service very low and when questioned it get told it is what it is. will NEVER use this garage again.

   Poor service, took way too long twice, couldn't get through on phone, and quote they gave ended up being a waste of time as they never completed the two jobs my car was in for.

   Very unimpressed with the service I received here. My car needed a service so I called a few places to get a quote, Queen Street Garage quoted me £100, which was the cheapest so I went for them When I went to pick up my car, I was told I needed to pay £130, because of "VAT". When VAT should have been included in the original quote, and it doesn't explain the 30% difference! Very annoyed and frustrated, I will not be going back

   Fantastic service. Within 2hrs of ringing the office, they where at my house to take the car to the garage. Within 2 hrs got a call to pick the car back up with a new starter motor fitted.

   Was quoted £150 for front disks and pad on my transit. So after being quoted £280 at another garage i was made up with the quote. I then realised I had a leak and needed that fixing as a matter of urgency. I was then quoted £100 for the leak so I then took a day off work as they dont open Saturday and booked in for the breaks and full service to sort the leak problems out to which I was quoted a rough price of around £300 for both Handed van in at 8.30am and collected it at 5.30pm and only breaks done to which I was not happy about at all as the leak was bad and needs doing as I use my van every day for work and the pads still had some meat on them. Then the shocking part was I then was charged £265 for just my disks and pads. The whole reason I decide to go there was because of the quote of £150 otherwise I'd of gone elsewhere and had it done for £280 on a Saturday and not lost a days pay then I'm told bring it back next week as if it's as easy as that well sorry no mate lll be taking it elsewhere and would never get anything done off you again!!
