“Cannot speak too highly of this firm. Had a 9 years old Panasonic TV model No. TX-P46G20B which would not show picture even though the red light was on. The television also started making clicking noises every few minutes or so. Telephoned one TV engineer, who said that this was a common fault with Panasonic and that you could not get spare parts for it, he suggested that we get a new television. Before buying a new tv, decided to get a second opinion. Took it to Prescotts for them to have a look at it. They contacted me 3 hours later to say that the tv was fixed and ready for collection.
