I highly recommend Gibneys Jewellers. Chris and the staff helped me design a lovely jewellery set of necklace and earrings, initially based on a single pendant, and hand made it to perfection. Chris also made a ring for my husband combining 2 family pieces that were very special to him, that he now treasurers. The staff are friendly, helpful and pacient (it took me a while to make a final decision). Prices are very reasonable and the shop itself is well presented. Overall a,great service.
Really pleased with repair to my engagement ring. It needed claws repaired & stone re placing. My wedding ring was also re sized. Staff were really helpful and I was happy with the cost .

Absolutely first class service, I wanted an eternity ring for my wife's birthday, there was no pressure by the sales team, just helpful, courteous staff, who advised all the potential options. I took a week to decide what I wanted and then Chris was able to modify the ring so it was sized correctly. My wife is made up with her present and I can not thank Gibneys enough for their help and service. Highly recommend.
I was gifted a bracelet and they have adjusted once without charge and whilst i waited and will hallmark for the same charge. Wonderful bespoke pieces and service with a smile (behind a face mask!).
i went to Gibneys for the first time yesterday to ask about a repair on 2 items of jewellry that are very important to me. The customer service was brilliant and both of the reapirs were done really quickly. I cannot recommend Gibneys highly enough, I have had numerous repairs carried out by Chris faultlessly, he also is very honest when it is impossible to carry out a repair. The staff are lovely, extremely helpful, friendly and have gone out of their way to find or even make me from scratch any item I have required. I have several bespoke items made to my specifications by Chris, and at present his Mum is trying to source me something they do not stock! The sales are fantastic with genuine reductions and I admit to buying next Christmas' presents in January and indeed throughout the year. This jewellers and it's staff are a beacon for quality in this town.
