I recently attended this establishment for a routine repair. After he finishing a lengthy conversation with a colleague, decided to ask me "can I help you,' in a condescending manner. No hello or thanks, please and then after moving my car towards the bays , shouted at me for insurance violation. Didn't inform me what he was going to do, nothing, Darren came out and he was a breath of fresh air, great guy, very helpful. You take your chances at this place
I needed to quickly get my car’s tracking sorted out prior to our 650 mile drive to South West France. The Ormskirk branch were able to respond immediately and not only corrected the problem but gave a full explanation and written report. I do a significant mileage each year and on my return trips to the U.K. will use the branch for service work.
10/10. I turned up with a broken tyre pressure valve, I was seen immediately. Dave replaced all 4 cores, free of charge - because of him I will use this Kwik Fit whenever possible going forward, and I would recommend this location to anyone.
Sam and Jacob were absolutely excellent fitting a new tyre for me at very short notice after a nasty sidewall crack suddenly appeared. Pleasant, efficient and quick. Keeping me an the family safe. Excellent!
The lads at Ormskirk went above and beyond today for my husband and I so we could get home to Newcastle after problems with our tyre/alloy. Came in as emergency and they were so kind, supportive, straight with us. Fantastic customer care would recommend them to anyone. Nursed our car home with their support, thanks again.

Cannot thank Sam and Jacob enough for their help today. I got a puncture (on a day when I really, really needed my car) and even though they were very busy they went out of their way to fit me in and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you so much. Excellent service
Thank you so much to the two mechanics working on the morning of Sun 23rd Oct - sorry I didn’t get your names. I had hit a pothole and was about to take a long journey and they replaced my tyre really quickly. They were very friendly and professional.
