   Today left my car in for its annual service- shortly afterwards I got a phone call from Mark to say that this new car is on a 2 year service schedule - so service not needed yet. I’m sure many places would have just done it anyway and charged for a full service. It speaks to the integrity of the business that they took the trouble to let me know and I’m very grateful- thanks

   Just had my C Class serviced and MOT'd here. Mark and Si are a great pair of lads and clearly knowledgeable. Good price for a service too (not like a main dealer extortionate rate) and genuine Mercedes parts used (as well as the online service register updated) The car passed with one advisory and Mark was very honest in his report and the issue needs monitoring rather than an immediate repair. Totally recommend MSC.

   Partner took her car there with a fault, they correctly diagnosed it, also found a fuel leak which I thought we may have had. Repairs carried out, old parts were shown to us on pickup. Being capable off doing repairs myself, it was nice to find a honest garage that confirmed what I knew was wrong. Prices were well within of what we thought.

   2011 E Class Estate. 1st time using this Mercedes specialist. I've stopped using the last one I've used for the last 5 years. They asked detailed questions about the car and any problems it has, gave it a full B service and MOTd it. When I collected it the next day, they gave a detailed print out of everything that needed attention - both minor and more urgent. Went through the list with me. Great expertise and knowledge, good attitude and attention to detail. Will be using them from now on.

On both occasions I was welcomed and looked after quickly, professionally and at an affordable cost too! The garage treats you like a friend not a customer and always makes time for you.    Been going to MSC for years now. I won't go anywhere else, i'm not local to the area live approximately 8 miles away, but I would much travel to MSC, than use closer garages. The lads there have always provided me with excellent customer service and they don't perform unnecessary work that increases the bill, unlike certain garages that I have had experience of in the past. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the lads at MSC, I know my vehicle is always in safe hands.. Thanks lads from an extremely satisfied long standing customer.

   I really don't trust main dealers as I have found that not only are their prices 'are off the wall' but I'd challenge that they are working with your best interests as a priority, I found MSC looking on line for a Merc specialist, so a couple of months ago I took my C Class coupe for a service, I dealt with Mark who came across as honest, knowledgeable & to me demonstrated quality customer service. So would I recommend? Without a doubt. Main thing for me is that I know that I can widen my search for my next new car(s) as I have local specialist who I can trust - If you need reassurance of the quality/standards these lads have take a look at Mark's Harley Davidson!
