“A huge thank you. Visiting Screwfix today, my wife unfortunately trapped her leg getting out of the car and fell to the floor with a thud. Quicker than I could get out of the car and around to the passenger side, a young lady working at Screwfix shot out from the shop and was supporting my wife, asking all the right questions and giving true concern and compassion. A massive thankyou to this wonderful young lady (really sorry I didn't get your name). A fantastic ambassador for Screwfix. We'll be visiting with some treats and thanking you in person xx After visiting A&E other than a few bruised ribs fortunatley all is good.”

When I mentioned that as a key worker I had to wash my uniform daily Andy at Ireland's couldn't do enough for me. The machine was fixed and returned within a few days. “Cannot speak too highly of this firm. Had a 9 years old Panasonic TV model No. TX-P46G20B which would not show picture even though the red light was on. The television also started making clicking noises every few minutes or so. Telephoned one TV engineer, who said that this was a common fault with Panasonic and that you could not get spare parts for it, he suggested that we get a new television. Before buying a new tv, decided to get a second opinion. Took it to Prescotts for them to have a look at it. They contacted me 3 hours later to say that the tv was fixed and ready for collection. All the tv needed was a factory re-set. The tv is now back home and working properly. Very helpful and honest family firm. Thank you for a job well done. John Troughton.”
