   Fantastic service from Mark. Our 20 year plus tumble dryer packed up. Went online to find a bewildered choice of dryers. Off to Burscough. Let's see them in the flesh so to speak. After speaking to Mark and measuring a few machines we settled on a Hotpoint that suited us perfectly. Delivered next day, now up and running. Perfect. If you want the personal touch and like to actually see the items Smiths is the place. 5 stars not enough!

   I was hesitant about using a small company as I had purchased a "Loyalty card" with a National online retailer. Smiths Burscough were very helpful with comms & advice. I purchased a new 55" tv which was in stock for same day collection, and at a better price than than I could have achieved even with my AO loyalty card!
