   Came into store yesterday, there was a lady, I think her badge said Andrea duty manager. I just want to say her customer service was outstanding, she was busy changing stock and price tickets around on the public side of the counter, but when she saw I had been waiting around a minute, she stopped her task and came to see if she could help me. I explained I had just collected my order and I had something missing, she checked my order against what I bought and in my haste to order I missed something off. The lady quicky found what I needed and served me, she even told me to enjoy my evening, you're lucky to get a grunt when shopping these days. I don't often leave reviews but the service made me feel valued, especially with how busy she was trying to get things looking right for customers.

   I bought 2 water heaters there, one I used. I returned one and they accepted the return. But it's been almost 2 months and the company still hasn't refunded me. I called and they kept saying I have to wait. And this is the worst store I've ever seen in the UK. When you get the goods back, you should refund the customer.

   Sadly the assistant manager - I think her name was Andrea/angela was rude, dismissive and unwilling to rectify a product mistake made by one of the gentleman who works on the front desk. It was a simple error on his part and he was really friendly and chatty - mistakes happen!! She however declared that she was going to ‘give him a telling off’ and point blank refused to rectify his genuine mistake leaving me the customer with a product not fit for purpose. Thankfully the customer help line were much more obliging and reasonable and refunded me. Shame as I have always, before this, had fab service from both Chorley (and Bolton) branch but this assistant managers attitude was disgusting.

   The item I wanted was not on stock however the gentleman who I spoke to checked to see if it was at another store and it was so I was able to go and get it there. The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful. A very positive experience.

   Staff here are very knowledgeable and all seem to have a good and positive attitude. This branch holds a good stock, if they've run out of something, they'll happily ring other local branches and get the items transferred. Brilliant
