Unable to process a trade in of an Xbox, no real explanation as to why. Had to travel to town and pay for parking instead.
If I could leave a zero star review I would. I purchased a ps4 controller and it was faulty. Staff refused me a refund as it was 3 days since day of purchase and said it "seems ok" I'm almost certain this is against Trading Standards! Save yourself the stress and just go to Currys over the road. You'll get a GENUINE WARRENTY on your products. I hope this helps somebody
Upset with the service, from the beginning with a homophic way. I went to pick up a product I bought online. In the email I was asking for one of the documents, my ID, passport, or valid driver license, I presented them all, but it wasn't enough, they started asking for proof of the bank, the council tax, among others, I even showed my right to live here , and while I was upset about the situation, they kept laughing at me. in the end they asked me to go to another store because they weren't sure if it was a fraud. What? The cameras are there to prove my embarrassment. I do not recommend this store in this location. In others I was never treated with indifference.
After speaking to customer services and told that they can, they refuse to refund on goods. Terrible customer service experience with this store. Won’t be using GAME again.
