    Ordered a hoover end in store and gave the person at the desk all the required information. I was then told they would text me when I could pick it up, however I never got a text so I went in to pick it up a few days later, at which point they told me they hadnt had any information from me. I showed them what I had ordered AND the transaction receipt, they were not apologetic about messing up the order at all, and instead were uptight with me as if it was an inconvenience, and when they eventually found the part they just chucked it on the desk and said nothing to me at all. Will not be returning here as they clearly do not want to help people out.

    Just been to the Ormskirk branch and would like to say the young man who assisted us today was brilliant. We were helping our son whose door had come off his van, so it was a bit of an emergency. The young man was really helpful. It’s refreshing these days to go shopping and feel that you are important as a customer. Well done, you are a credit to your company.

    A huge thank you. Visiting Screwfix today, my wife unfortunately trapped her leg getting out of the car and fell to the floor with a thud. Quicker than I could get out of the car and around to the passenger side, a young lady working at Screwfix shot out from the shop and was supporting my wife, asking all the right questions and giving true concern and compassion. A massive thankyou to this wonderful young lady (really sorry I didn't get your name). A fantastic ambassador for Screwfix. We'll be visiting with some treats and thanking you in person xx After visiting A&E other than a few bruised ribs fortunatley all is good.
