   Avoid this shop at all costs. The mechanic was extremely rude and disrespectful. He initially inflated prices compared to what he gave when I previously made enquiries. When I tried to discuss pricing options, he became defensive and asked me to leave instead of simply providing information. It’s unreasonable to treat customers this way — asking for price options shouldn’t be a problem.

   He gave me a quote for the job of patching up the paint work I was more than happy with the price, the job he did was absolutely brilliant and I felt he had not asked enough I gave him a little more. It was done in a morning so didn't impact my routine. Would recommend him to anyone

   Car 2017 208 Peugeot 1.6 HDi Avoid! Not impressed at all with this garage has changed ownership and at first the guy seemed really friendly. However the friendliness turned into laziness! I turned up for my appointment at the agreed time. To be greeted and the car taken from me I stood as a watched the owner trying to line it up and get it in the hoist. On its own this would be fine. He then showed me the rear disks and pads needed to be done. He also told me without even looking properly just looking underneath that the rocker cover gasket was leaking (due to an oil leak we had been noticing) and that this would need sorting out didn’t open the bonnet or really look too hard but assumed this! I left my number for him to come back to me with two quotes, which he told me he was happy to do. One, I supply parts and they supply labour or Tow, they supply the parts and labour. He wroyevmy number down in his book with no registration next to it didn’t even put my name there. I asked him to correct his he disappears. Maybe he has a good memory I thought! Turns out, no! Fast forward 24hrs later after being promised I’d get a call in the next hour no call. I rang in total seven times only for no one to answer. Not great at all. I’m a patient person but if you’re busy just phone me and let me know you need more time (by the way this was about four weeks ago!) I was going to drive back to the garage but decided against it I’m really busy and are sick of chasing. We then got in touch with a good friend, who got the car into his garage. Yes, the disks and pads needed doing, however the rocker cover didn’t need doing! The problem was residual oil trapped in a gully from a service some six months ago. The owner of ‘The Garage’ didn’t even lift the bonnet, I felt like everything was done in a rush. Also, the workshop is full of accident damaged cars. Seems to be stuff everywhere and does not look organised. I’ll not be returning and advised others to do the same.

   Decent experience. Nice group of lads who really do keep you in the loop regarding the progress of repairs etc, so I honestly can’t fault the customer service given. however, when my mothers car was left with them, the fault was incorrectly diagnosed, after I’d correctly advised on what the issue was. It was probably a 55/45 chance I was right, over the mechanic, but with them being the experts we left them to it. (None mechanic, just going off previous experience of same issue) upon returning and advising problem was still there after getting car back, it would be full charge to sort the original issue i’d pointed out. I do appreciate time is money and labour costs are set for a reason, I just feel as it was incorrectly diagnosed there should have been some sort of reduction in cost for labour as a GOGW. Only worth -1* as the experience of the actual garage and the work they did carry out was perfect. Would recommend anyone takes their vehicle still, this will just be an isolated incident.

   Highly recommended for anyone who wants bits falling off their car after they get a service. They botched parts of the service for my friends car and are washing their hands of the issue. Terrible service and awful customer care.

   Recently had my car serviced here and it was not completed to an acceptable standard, staff appear unqualified and did not put car back together properly. Resulted in me being standard on the hard shoulder of the motorway, forced to try and fix the issues myself. Costs me an extra £120 to get the car back on the road. Please stay away, AVOID!
