   This company a month ago took a deposit on a car from a 70 year old on walking sticks who has a 40 year old history of severe mental illness.he was sectioned once again the very same day and is in clockview hospital to this day. His family explained his situation the very next day to the manager.phil. The reply was we do not give refunds.its company policy.sent them 2 letters to explain and got no reply. FACT.

   DO NOT buy a car from here absolute cowboys. Had my car 4 months and had many problems. The so called “warranty” doesn’t cover nothing. Car is practically falling apart. The car continuously cuts out on me even after paying £200 for a new battery. There is a constant warning sign showing on my dashboard asking to check anti pollution system. Took this into them they just took the light of the dashboard and didnt fix the problem. I have had engine failure lights show. The radio doesnt always work. I have had issues with the stop start button and the list goes on. Dont make the same mistake as me and buy anything from these cowboys

   The reviews I read about how bad this garage is are right! I did give them the benefit of doubt though maybe give them chance, But wow they are right! You get ignored, they don't reply to emails or calls. Don't waste your time use a proper car dealer. Not worthy of 1 star

   I was looking for a Honda which they had on the forecourt. I went to look at the car and the salesman was very helpful. Answered all my questions, not at all pushy and knew when to leave me to look at the car in my own time. Decided to buy there and then. Picked up the car a few days later after it was serviced, MOT'd and valeted. Super little car. I've done over 2000 miles in three months and nothing has gone wrong. I'm very pleased with the car and the sales staff.

   Got my first car from here back in February. Absolute scam - They made a point of it having "all new parts" after a full service (plugs, oil change, oil filters ect) but when we consulted an impartial mechanic (who my family has dealt with for years, completely genuine bloke so we know his words the truth. Plus my farther is a mechanic as well) it became obvious none of this was done. We instantly had a major problem with the clutch which cost us a few hundred pounds to get repaired by our mechanic friend even though this was again something they said they'd looked at. They also said they replaced the exhaust, but we don't know for sure if they actually did it (but have our suspicions considering the lack of the other work being done). If they did, it would explain why the heat shield fell off too and was rattling against the ground as the bolts securing it had completely pulled through. I have given 3 stars as some of these issues happened more recently and may be able to be blamed on wear during my use, but as for stuff like the lack of parts being replaced when they said it would be done those are inexcusable. I will also put my hand up and say we never contacted them about the issues - I had wanted to but my dad (who bought the car) is very overwhelmed at the moment and didn't have the energy to deal with it (my mum was in hospital at the time). They also state they will provide your vehicle with an MOT as part of the sale (at least they did for us), but considering the conflict of interest there between them not being able to sell it if it fails and wanting to make the sale, i would not trust their MOT's to be safe myself. UPDATE: Just had the oil filter and oil changed (Did it myself) - they definitely did NOT replace the oil filter. The old oil filter was going rusty and was in extremely poor condition. Now knowing this as well, i will say it straight - THIS IS A COWBOY COMPANY - Do not believe what they say. They Lie to make a sale. Do not trust them. Do not buy from them.
