   horrible, drinks were cold, sever was rude and had an attitude. Gave us the wrong drink and blamed it on us. We asked if they had a caramel macchiato and he said yes. He ended up giving us a single shot espresso. We told him it was wrong along with another customer who chipped in. He then said that this is what we ordered and that we got what we wanted. We ended up getting him to “fix it” and all he did was add milk. After this we went to Starbucks for proper service. Unimpressed Caffè Nero.

   Could these guys make the coffees taste even worst. I have been drinking coffee for a while, I know what a decent cup of coffee or latte tastes like. You've got costa machines at shell and bp that can make a better cup. Ready made food and desserts, well that's ready made and good to go.

   This happened yesterday around 10:15 a.m. at the Caffè Nero in Rickmansworth. There was no queue-start sign, so we accidentally stood in the pickup line. Because of that, the staff member who looks like Indian/Asian behaved in a rude and dismissive manner toward us Especially with my wife who was holding my 5 year old daughter. Experiences like this can harm Caffè Nero’s reputation, especially if staff continue to behave in such a disrespectful way.

   This is not the first time your branch has run out of oat milk, yet again I was told it “didn’t come in” and that it’s “popular.” What made the situation worse was the completely blasé attitude from the two staff members I spoke to (the Asian gentleman with black glasses and the white female staff member on shift). Their tone and body language made it clear they did not see this as an issue, despite the fact that many customers rely on oat milk due to dietary needs and intolerances. To dismiss this concern and imply it is simply “not their fault” shows a lack of care, poor customer service, and no consideration for customers with dietary requirements. When a product is consistently unavailable, and staff respond without any apology, initiative, or accountability, it reflects badly on the entire brand.

   This coffee shop has become the heart of Rickmansworth. Always has cheerful staff and the apricot croissants are the reason I walk 4 miles to go there! They dropped a star as I don't find the toilets that clean but then again I rarely go into any public toilets nowadays and find them clean!

   I am absolutely gobsmacked at the portion size of cake I ordered today! It's been a quite a long time that I've been to cafe nero and the last time I had coffee and cake it was at least 3 times bigger! I know business have to come back from covid but they have now lost my custom and possibly family and friends! Save your money and go else where.

   Service is awful Cleanliness to be desired the toilet is always disgusting and missing toilet paper. They ask 4 people for their orders never remembering what you ordered and they are constantly understaffed. They cancel orders without letting you know when you order click and collect. Terrible Terrible shopping experience The girls there you would not be able to make them smile if Brad Pitt walked in.
