Really poor attitudy service. I know it's not the greatest job, but it's your job. Saturday morning, wife and i simply wanted a coffee, specific order, no one in the queue acknowledged while waiting, long wait despite not many people, no smile, abrupt response, got the order wrong for pregnant women, terse response when the customer comforted the second corrected order, like he was offended by the query and even being asked to do anything, that were all paying for! Really terrible experience

Always get a great service when I visit this Costa, the staff are always kind and the food and coffee is always good and quick, what more can you ask for!
Really lovely helpful staff. Holly and Becky always go the extra mile to make it a great experience. It's obviously more than a job to them two girls.
Local branch not soo great. Had to shout through the plastic so the batista could hear my order. After repeating myself 4 times she still struggled and order was wrong. She apologised and said her English is not good. Cake was nice though
Clean quiet place, but it depends on staff mood if you will have nice coffee or not. They don't like if ask for something, making angry faces, don't listen at all sometimes. Also if they don't have medium cups, they tell you after they made coffee. Once I had medium coffee in a large cup( half full) and today I had medium coffee in small cup! I paid for medium and they decided to make me small for the price of medium, when I asked why? They just said because they run out of medium cups. Something like this should be mentioned to the customer before you make coffee, I would then ask for different size or have normal cup. I have been here many times , and only few times I had nice coffee and friendly staff. Had more bad experience than good.
Amazing staff and Great Coffee. Brought a set of Syrups aswell and excited to use it.
Very friendly service, clean and calm branch, with a few books for kids. WiFi, plug sockets, sofa, and long tables available.
