Unfortunately, my visit today was quite bad. At first, I called to place my order and told to wait as sorting ketchup and mayo satchets were more important. When I finally placed my order, the bread was burnt and food cold. Till wasn't working, which wasn't their fault. What got to me was the cheek that 3 of them were having a chit-chat and making one woman do all of the work. When she asked them a question, she got the 'omg she is making us work' look. Plates were filthy and tables not clean at all. The portion size was laughable for the price and it wasn't good at all.

Good Selection of Food . Breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. Helpful Staff. Order screen too high for wheelchair. Changed opening hours for Breakfast. 8am , now 8.30. Bit inconvenience now for early start. Need more Staff in morning as only 1 on quite a few occasions. Cost Cutting I Presume. 1 Staff to do all.

I just had lunch there now, food not bad, all the staff EXCEPT one seemed rather happy. But the way this one Male / White / with an accept told me off for asking for 2 sachets of tomato sauce - was appalling!! are we living in a 3rd world country that I can only get one sachet of tomato sauce.

This so called restaurant is a poor advert in my opinion, I ordered a full breakfast, even before the food arrived it got off to a bad start by me asking a member of staff if I could have a couple of brown sauce's, only to be told in no uncertain terms that they ONLY ALLOWED 1 SMALL SAUCE, for each meal, his attitude was poor at best, even a little aggressive if I am being totally honest, and your expected to take your own tray tray back, from my full English breakfast this is what was left on my plate. Both pieces of fried bread as it was rock solid, two mushrooms as they was covered in greasy water, full small dish of baked beans, far too full of juice, 1 piece of black pudding as it was cooked for too long and was solid, 2 Xs tomato, too rare and hardly cooked. And to top it all I had to pay for this worst breakfast that I've ever had the pleasure to eat. All in all I would avoid eating here, all my followers know I give open and honest feedback and I've never left a feedback like this before A terrible experience John

Absolutely shocking. Always a very long wait for food even though its always empty, 50 minutes plus. Food is not very nice. Often get orders wrong or food missing from plate. Honestly stay away unless you like waiting and paying for stuff you don't receive. I won't be back.

Five Stars are for customer service, staff are brilliant, sadly the food not so, but when I spoke to a lady (who seemed to be running the cafe on her own) She refunded my bill without any hesitation. (She assured me she was not working alone, as I was concerned she was using a crutch, whilst multi-tasking across all areas of the restaurant) Morrisons you need to take better care of your staff! You talk the talk, but you seem unaware or disinterested in the way your staff are expected to work.
