Have been coming to cafe hero for some time now and always get the best coffee be it white American (hot milk) , flat white white or mocha served by the lovely Elena and her new members of team Callista who recently has been taking my order and has met all expectations. They are very welcoming, customer friendly and hospitable but above all they serve the best coffee which will not disappoint. Look forward in seeing you both again next week…. Ps the Brazilian coffee beans were amazing, so thank you ☺️

The drinks were very average nothing of note , we got two matcha drinks and vanilla milkshake both were below average . Would not recommend them . Staff weren’t that friendly but it was a busy period so can’t say too much.

An amazing coffee chain that serves fast food and great coffee. There is ample seating indoor and outdoor. Staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Will come back soon.

As a white foreigner employee I was treated very badly in there. They forced me to work many more hours than 40 a week against my will and they made me work for a few people and still shouted: QUICKER! They also made me work 2 long days before signing the contract, promising to pay me later, but they’ve never paid me, because they couldn’t have added these hours into my rota, because I already had too many over hours. Of course British people who are much more aware of their right were treated so much better and of course black and other coloured people they wouldn’t dare to treat badly as they constantly keep shouting “you discriminating me!” (Sorry, no offence, I know that black people born in the UK are usually very decent and just normal, but black who came from Africa keep searching for discrimination wherever possible.) White foreigners are often treated in this country like slaves, anyone could say anything about them because they are defenceless and they are often used by employers.

I always get my coffee from Nero but I had a whole different experience here. Very unprofessional and rude staff, it was like she's forced to work there (the fat girl, didn't get her name). Coffee taste nothing like Nero in other branches. I showed her my Nero loyalty card to scan she didn't know how to scan it, wasted 2-3 minutes on her to figure out at the end she couldn't. This branch needs some training on how to make coffee like the other Neros and some new staff with good attitude be more welcoming.

Friendly staff! Pet friendly place… tried the hot chocolate and “chai latte”! Hot chocolate seemed good but not the chai latte!

Love the hot chocolate from here with squirt cream and chocolate dust. Lots of cakes, pastries and sandwiches for non-veg and veg eaters. Freshly made items as well. Shop itself has character. It’s a nice place to have a drink with friends. Don’t like the people you stand outside the door to smoke it drifts inside and stinks. Staff are friendly but I have seen a few that are rude and full of attitude. Usually visit a few times a month and really enjoy my coffee here as well as it’s freshly made and tastes really nice.

Standard affair .. never had a bad experience here. Coffee is always freshly made and the cakes are nice .. My only gripe .. the leather sofas are so knackered and low, it’s like I’m sitting on the floor .. lol
