   EXPIRED FOOD, HORRIBLE STAFF!! I went in to buy a protein bar, when I had opened it up I realised it was extremely stiff and yellow (it’s meant to be white) I then looked at the date and it had been made in 2021. And that it expires this October. We are now in October 2022. I went back and told the cashier and he didn’t even look surprised. I asked for a refund and he refused. I asked to speak to the manager and he replied with the words “my manager is busy”. He stated he did not have the password to allow a refund bur when I started recording the situation he was able to mysteriously remember the password. I have pictures and recordings of all of this.

   Disgusting burnt coffee! Options in Staines are dire but having nothing at all is better than wasting money here.

   The place is located inside the railway station, so you need a ticket to go in. Plus is closed. We just spent 3.50 for the parking just for nothing. Thank you. Reply to the owner: it would be fair to mention it on your google page and correct the opening times, so that people don't travel to your place for nothing.
