Unfortunately, the quality of the coffee has dropped. I used to enjoy flat whites, but recently it is very bubbly. It is not worth paying almost £5 for the poor quality of the coffee.

I was a loyal customer of pret, even after pret changed the subscription. But recently I have been so disappointed about the food. The avocado roll used to be my favourite breakfast. But now, it is not only more expensive than before, but also tasteless. The bread is extremely dry and stiff. I just cancelled my subscription and will not spend any money with pret anymore.

One of the best (and biggest) Pret A Manger coffee shops I've been so far: spacious, modern, good air-conditioning, clean (apart from toilets facilities hence given 4-stars). I have only visited this place during weekends and it wasn't overwhelmingly busy: a steady stream of customers but no long queues, enough seating both down- and upstairs, tables cleaned promptly after previous customers have left. A good place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the world go by.

Love this place! Staff, shop, coffee, food all 5 stars. Staff are friendly, inviting and engaging. The Shop is clean, well presented and well positioned. Coffee & Food are served fresh, quick & hot. Had to drop this a rating, as the new opening hours prevent me from having a coffee before work. Literally a queue out the front each morning.

Staff work hard here and are friendly. You can buy a subscription and get many drinks a day and they were offering a free shortbread once per day. If you purchase a reusable cup, filter coffee is 90p per cup. As it is winter (earlier sunset) this branch is now closing at 4.30 pm every day except 5 pm on Saturdays.

The best Pret I ever been. Super nice and helpful staff, no matter how busy they are, always greet you with a truly big smiles. Well done team and always made my day So bad that the management decided to shorten the opening hours which is ridiculous. How can a bfast place open at 8:30 in a weekday morning?

Friendly and helpful staff. Even when there is a long queue, I'm served quickly. Lots of seating downstairs and upstairs and it's cleaned regularly throughout the day. I go for the coffee, which is very nice for a chain. I do hope they bring more variety to the coffee blends though.

Mainly reviewing the food, as a lifelong customer, rather than the branch itself which is well run. Came here to sample the new offerings. Lobster roll was ok, a bit small and the overly crunchy baguette didn't suit it, couldn't enjoy texture of lobster was just trying to deal with the bread. The new chipotle salad is below average in terms of taste and together is just a basic salad with a bit of sweetcorn and sweet potato and a dressing that tastes like sweet chilli. I cant believe without eat out to take out I would have paid almost 12 pounds for this. Pret need to be more bold and visionary in creating the next generation of snacks that will keep loyal customers returning. Many of my favourite new offerings (veggie New Yorker, rainbow slaw wrap) have been discontinued it seems and replaced with this tripe.

Extensive Pret store, consisting of two floors with masses of seating. The ground floor is level and fully accessible, although the large glass entrance doors aren't automatic. In fact quite a few people struggled to get the door to open. Inside has a spacious serving area. The staff were very friendly and relaxed. Service was fairly good, although it took a few minutes to get my coffee served in my reusable cup. Pret also gives me 50p off and it saves on a disposable cup. It wasn't busy when I was there, but even on the ground floor there loads of seating. There's even more upstairs too. The top floor is accessible via a staircase only. It is a restful atmosphere and a good place to work or study. There's a disabled toilet downstairs. There's also further seating and tables outside, and because the High Street is pedestrianised, it's a pleasant place to go. Definitely one of the best Pret branches.
