“I've been to many Jewsons over the years, this was my first visit to this particular branch and I have to say I was very impressed. There was plenty of parking, all of the staff were extremely helpful, there appeared to be plenty of stock available and although they didn't have what I was after the guy behind the desk rang another branch an found what I needed which was also nearer to the intended jobsite. “I found this chap online when my partner called to say he had a tyre blow out. He called him and within the hour he came out, changed the tyre in the dark and wet and got him back on road. Very helpful and friendly and such a relief to sort the issue quickly. Highly recommended”

I came in worried, as I’d just been told elsewhere that the car battery I’d bought wasn’t the right fit for my car. Rodie then fitted the battery quickly, with great professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and also advised me on a charger. Both were easy to talk to, polite, and made what started as a stressful situation into a very positive experience. “I live local and have used the shop many times every single time I go there all staff are pleasant , friendly and polite absolutely head and shoulders above the usual misers you meet In Local shops there is a real community spirit feel in Shaunz stores, always greeted with friendly hello and a smile even my 2 sons are not ignored a credit to shopkeepers every and setting the bar as to how a shop should be run I think the last negative reviewer probably misread the pricing labels on coke. My 8 year old is always excited to see what the shop sign is displaying such as Christmas and Easter, he always knows when we are near home as we pass this wonderfully local shop”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Even when there is a long queue, I'm served quickly. Lots of seating downstairs and upstairs and it's cleaned regularly throughout the day. I go for the coffee, which is very nice for a chain. I do hope they bring more variety to the coffee blends though.”
