“Rodie (or Rody) and the young man at the till (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond. I came in worried, as I’d just been told elsewhere that the car battery I’d bought wasn’t the right fit for my car. The young man reassured me that it was the correct type and explained it clearly, which really put me at ease. Rodie then fitted the battery quickly, with great professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and also advised me on a charger. Both were easy to talk to, polite, and made what started as a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Their professionalism and excellent service really stood out and deserve to be acknowledged.”

After I had issues with an outfit I got from Mumbai a week before my sister’s wedding, I went to Estie and Amir was incredibly helpful in helping me choose an outfit. Even after that when there were issues with my sister’s outfit from India, they were incredibly responsive in trying to source another outfit for her and made the whole ordeal much less stressful. They have incredible outfits in store and I would definitely buy from them again!”

“I visited Primark in Staines today with my friend for some shopping. While trying on a jacket, I accidentally left my bag on the rail and completely forgot about it as we moved to another section of the store. When I realised my bag was missing — with my phone, cards, and money inside — I completely panicked. I went back to the area where I had been, but the bag was gone. I asked a member of staff for help and was directed to Customer Services. That’s when a lovely lady named Tracey approached me and told me she had noticed my bag left unattended and quickly took it to keep it safe before anyone else could approach it. I can’t thank Tracey enough for her kindness and honesty. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my belongings were safe. I feel incredibly lucky that she was there — someone else could easily have taken my bag. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Tracey. You are an amazing person and a great member of staff. Primark is very lucky to have such wonderful, caring employees like you!”

He advised my husband on what style to go for according to my husband’s preferences and body shape. As the store had limited stock, Jordon ordered the suit to be delivered to our home, as we had limited time. In general the staff are so helpful, the store was so tidy and organised, despite the sale. I cannot thank Jordon enough for all his help.
