   It’s 11am and I just finished my sandwich. Nobody is in the airport except very few people. The waiter comes telling me to remove my leg off the chair (which belongs to my table) and takes it away saying he needs it. Once he took it, he put it away in an enclosed area that’s not accessible. His attitude was very rude and unprofessional.

   The day is going to end, and so is my trip. I enjoyed tea with a sandwich, and later, I had fruits and shortbread for dessert. I always have time and enjoy it, even if the sun is not out yet. The staff here are always helpful. I like this cafe at the arrival level. I guess that's why I always return here. Thank you.

   Cafe Nero at Terminal 2 in London Heathrow is a beautiful and cozy spot. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made my visit even better. The prices were affordable, especially for an airport, and the food was good quality. I bought a biscuit that was really nice, and I also got something else (I can’t even remember what it was), but I do remember enjoying it! Overall, it’s a great place to grab a quick bite or coffee while waiting for your flight.

   Located inside Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 and is on the right hand side as you leave the arrival hall. We have been here a few times. It’s quite cosy and spacious. Clean and tidy. Great selection of prepared food eg sandwiches, rolls and wraps. A great place for a quick bite especially while waiting for your pick up to arrive. We had coffee and some baked goods. Coffee was fine. Suitable for all age groups. Service was quick and easy. Public toilets are just next door.

   Pretty nice place to spend some time before your flight waiting at terminal 2 Heathrow airport London. They have plenty of options in coffee to choose from. Service is good and the staff is courteous. A cafe that should be on your wish list.

   Ordered a hot drink and asked to fill a flask with hot water for our baby's formula and they wanted to charge us for hot water.. are you serious! We patronized your establishment all through our holiday in London. This would have been a five star review otherwise. Please train your staff to be more courteous to your patrons.

   We had a cappuccino, which we liked. We were a little overwhelmed to choose one between the different types of milk, we were not aware that there are so many different varieties. But worked out well in the end.

   Friday afternoon I tried the Nero coffee at Heathrow T2 and I do Love Neros, and my first visit to this one. A really nice place, big inside and open with a great design with comfortable seating and a few tables at the front,very clean with fresh filtered water to help yourself with coffee. Has all the usual things that Nero would have and you would expect such as sandwiches cakes pastries the lot. This one is big and specious it’s super comfortable whilst you wait for a relative to arrive in the arrivals just sit back and relax. On this occasion the coffee was fine not too bitter and hot. Perfect.
