   Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion I bought two packets of dairy milk buttons for £6.50 (which is a ridiculous price anyway) and paid with a £10 note. The cashiers "didn't have enough change" to give me so have me all the change they had in 50p's, 20p,s, 10p,s and 5p,s. Not one pound coin. And when I questioned them about what they were going to do about the lack of change she just looked at me as if I had an answer. Terrible training.

   I have attended a few times and each time I'm never served my drink in order. People who ordered after me, get their order before me and when I questioned them they said "there is an order to how we serve drinks". A few moments later I saw the batista asking another customer whether or not she had served them, so clearly they don't have an 'order'. Also, extremely slow service.

   Great that they added a proper barista machine within the last few years. Improved coffee over previous years! A little pricey and the coffee isn't always amazing but overall we have a good experience here. Good news is this is no longer the only proper coffee outlet thanks to the new cafe by the Ghost Train exit last year!

   Service is extremely slow here and the queue only had about 5 people in it, we gave up waiting and went elsewhere. The staff certainly didn't look that happy to be there.

   Terrible service. The manager today is miserable. No hello, no smile, no thank you. Half way through order she has a go at her staff in visible view from customers. Obviously her staff are now miserable too and subject their lack of enthusiasm to the customer. I was handed a large coffee when I ordered a small and when I asked if it was an oatmilk latte, she just looked at me and walked away then sniggered with two other staff members while still staring at me. Very strange behaviour. Certainly not Costa standards.
