Food cold and overcooked. It took less than 5 minutes to come out of the kitchen from ordering so I assume it’s just kept in a hot hold. Looking back at reviews from 3 years ago it’s still the same! Tesco do not seem bothered about making any improvements.

Absolutely fine. Been visiting Tesco Brooklands for years and didn't know this was upstairs. Bit tucked away. Food menu if basic but enough choice. I think good value. Do all day breakfast also. Also had plenty of sockets for using laptop.

Visited on Monday afternoon, asked for an caramel iced oat latte. Pleasant staff at the till and my drink was made fairly quickly and I took my leave. However upon leaving I noticed the iced latte had a weird sherbert? Or powdered sugar like coating around the cup and on top. This separated from the latte and looked very unappealing. Upon tasting it, the coffee was foul and my partner agreed. I suspected perhaps the sherbet was what they used as the caramel flavour but it tasted like nothing and very weird texture to have in the drink and not expected at all. I did not go back and ask for another due to social anxiety.

Except once when I ordered fish fingers for my kids which wasn't fresh at all (It smelled like expired date fish fingers). It's been always yummy and good looking. The staff are not super friendly and I believe they need more staff. All in all we like eating there.

Shockingly dirty in the cafe area and the food was substandard also. The service was not particularly friendly and the toilet facilities are also atrocious! Overall this was a poor experience and I would expect Tesco to do better. I don’t think I will ever return here for food again, really not a nice experience whatsoever.

I've been having breakfast here every Friday and over the last few weeks the food has gone down hill. The bacon is burn, the eggs are not done to how you have asked. Hash browns are burned and this isn't a one time problem it happend a a number of customers on after the other. The staff don't seem to care.

Good selection of food here, as you would expect, reasonably priced. Took a while to get bap though, had drunk two cups of tea before it arrived.

Have to revise my review. Overall, the food is nice however the salad isn't very good. The biggest problem is that they are severely understaffed. Don't expect food to arrive very quick and expect the menu to be reduced almost every day. Also, while many years ago, the café had a nice and friendly atmosphere, it now feels drab and uninteresting. Ultimately, I would go to the M&S café next door

Service was absolutely dire. At 12:08 on the 11th November it took around 20 minutes to place an order and get it served. To add insult to injury it wasn’t even that busy. The staff were totally uninterested in their job and their customers. In the end I took my order incomplete because I didn’t want to wait another ten minutes for hash browns. Usually you get good value for money with good service, but not on this occasion.
