   As Starbucks go, this is OK. It is an 'add-on' to the supermarket so the atmosphere isn't great. The staff were good though and were polite and attentive. They seemed busy and the wait was a little longer than I would have expected. The drinks were nice and I liked the lid with built in stopper!

   I have to say, I’ve never been to a coffee shop where the staff team are so incredibly and consistently welcoming, attentive, warm, kind and just make the place such a lovely environment to be in. I spend a lot of time there and they’ve always been so consistently great, hard working, and seem to work so well together. The leadership in this team is clearly very good as they’re all a credit to the brand. Thanks guys :-)

   I just paid for 2 Double Chocolate Chip frappe large , is not even full, the girl who prepared them didn’t prepare enough and she thought that if she will take some from the full one I will not notice, the taste is ….just ice , not even ice , she put cold water , I will not visit this location again

   Good morning! It is my pleasure and privilege to have coffee at Starbugs! The staff, together with the manager, is at an extremely high level. Every day I am greeted by Polite, young people who make my day happy. The coffee, breakfast and many other things are also of a high rank, and especially when they are greeted by: "smiling and kind people!" - the day continues with a positive mood. Thank you dear people and be successful!

   I ordered a vent caramel coffee frappe and didn't get any coffee or caramel at all. I just got a milk frappe with caramel on the side of the cup. It was so tasteless! Basically a plain milkshake with caramel sauce on the side of the cup... waste of my money!!

   Lovely friendly staff however there was no where to sit as every empty table was dirty. Used cups & plates on a few tables & the ones that were empty were sticky & hadn’t been cleaned. I saw at least 4 people walk in, try find a seat then walk straight out complaining about the dirty tables. Such a shame :( Edit: Took 19 minutes for someone to come clean the tables…

   Very dirty. Staff makes no effort to clean when when they're free, and customers have to clean tables with paper towels themselves. Added a star. A young man came in on a later shift and actually went round proactively cleaning tables
