   Thank you Costa coffee for hiring such good staff. I visit the stockly park Costa coffee everyday with My wife as she works close by. After my wife finishes her duty at 4 pm I drive to Costa coffee and parking is free for 3 hours. I had a heart patient few months back so doctors told me to walk so I prefer to walk at stockly park. I visit the store and always see the staff smiling and warmly greeting everyone. I have met the Manager Jimmy who is very kind and nice, met Ritik who is also very nice and good and yesterday evening I met this Girl Lucky who is also vey good and kind. My daily visit I always meet this staff who are very friendly. One good thing is during the closing time at 4.30 pm they give 50% discount on the muffins, pastries and cakes and even drinks. I love visiting this stockly park Costa coffee. Never seen this much friendly staff any other stores in london.

   Friendly staff, lovely tea, plenty of seating and toilets. Stockley business park is a lovely place to walk around afterwards. There r water features, ponds, ducks, ping pong tables, obstacle course equipment and plenty of benches to sit on.    Was disappointed that the seasonal drinks were not available. The shop only served drinks and food in take away containers even for those consuming on the premises. No serviettes offered. The fabric on most of the furniture was torn. Very disappointed. I used to enjoy visiting this branch but won't be back.

   Staff are amazing. Lovely and very welcoming. That young indian boy is very generous and kind as well as the blond lady. They give me enough time to pack my laptop and other things away as they remind everyone 20min before that they are closing. Coffee is amazing too better than any other costa i have been to. Also left a £2 tip for the 2 that were working. If you see this keep up the good work!!

   Real disappointment, staff have zero understanding of customer service, the struggle for them to put on a smile, the moaning in public sitting outside complaining of customers coming in after 3pm. The reminding of customers that the shop closes at 5 when you’ve still over an hour to spare (this is at the start of ordering). Genuinely, the staff here provide Costa a bad name and will impact the reputation.
