   I visited the store and omg the young lady scratched her head and then touched the cake with her filthy hands and as soon as she did that I noted down her name, RUCHITA. There is negativity for no reason, she even kept yelling at her colleagues, Costa coffee do you really care about your employees mental health? I don’t know if you read the reviews on regular basis but such things should be taken under consideration!! I never actually wrote reviews but she was quite rude as well, while she was friendly with the regular customers, I think that’s something very “not welcoming” behaviour!! I hope the manager or someone from a more senior department reads this, please knock some sense into this girl! Some basic manners on how to talk to her colleagues and touch the cake with atleast gloves.

   Maison Du Soleil busy popped into Costa coffee instead. Wow what a difference good management achieve!!! On duty the day I enjoyed coffee, Aman, super efficient, a lovely manner and attitude a credit to his manager. The best Costa I've been in years, spotlessly clean, pleasant smiling staff, everybody busy, not a mobile phone in sight. I visited daily for a coffee until returning to Edinburgh. Well Done Costa Coffee at Ickenham.

   Don't usually go in Costa, the coffee was good but why us it that online orders being collected take preference over actual customers? My toasties was ready but had to wait for 2 collections to be made up while it sat on the side!!! Why ???

   Always a good service , speedy and kind. Unfortunately the pastries never seem fresh and cakes could do with a revamp. An ongoing issue with all Costa branches not specific to this one.

   Best coffee shop in Ickenham by far! First time visiting a Costa in London - I got a message in regards to a free cake on my birthday as I had the app downloaded. the young man that served me was exceptional!! as I wanted to know if the cake had gelatine/alcohol etc. very informative! He went above and beyond and made me feel at ease. Wow great service today thanks so much!
