   Do you think there's a difference between these two coffees? For those who made them, obviously not; for those who drink them, yes. I would have expected something different from someone who's supposed to be a major coffee player. The coffee is undrinkable and definitely poorly made. Absolutely not recommended; it's better to drink water.

   Most unfriendly staff. The two women rolled their eyes when I needed a small moment to think about what to order when they told me that most offers were not available. Very aggressive tone and not at all helpful. Maybe Starbucks should train or pay them better.

   I ordered a caramel latte. And the drink was complete bitter and I couldn’t sense any flavour in it. Customer service could also be improved more. Way of calling out the names of the customer is not a good way. The person who writes the name at least should write it clearly or the person who calls out the name should be careful in the pronunciation. I sensed lot of customers around who felt bad about it. Felt bit expensive as well for a latte.
