I originally posted my review at the time of my visit but for some reason not all my reviews were visible on maps, as the issues with my account have been resolved I am reposting the missing reviews. The Mill Cafe - 1st July - 13:16 Parking outside is a bit hit and miss but there are some side streets and the 110 bus stops nearby in Powder Mill Lane and the 111 stops around the corner on the Hanworth Road. Entrance is step free but the doors are manual. I have always found the place to be clean. I have eaten here a number of times over the years but I think the owners have changed since the last time. The lady on the counter is always helpful, friendly, polite and efficient; at least she is still there. My friend ordered the No1 (£6.90) and I ordered the Rugby Special (£9.90). I don’t like my beans mixing with my dry food so I asked to have them in a separate dish which they did. Sausages were a Lincolnshire type; I don’t mind them but my friend doesn’t really care for them so I think they should serve a plain pork or beef sausage or advise customer that the sausages are a flavoured/ seasoned type. I didn’t like the chips that much as some were more cooked than others and because of this and the type of sausages they use I am only giving the venue 4 stars. I would come again but if I was having the breakfast I would ask what type of sausages they are using before I order.

Exactly what is good about a cafe. Not expensive.

Most the food in there is good. Unfortunately their sausages are revolting.

Local place in Hanworth, Whitton and Twickenham area great for all day English breakfast and lunch eat in or takeaway. Highly recommend the chocolate and cool mint milkshake! Friendly service as well. Mill cafe thank you!

Not impressed. Will not use again. They do not have a clue how to prepare a simple toasted sandwich. I asked for a toastie. I was asked what toastie I'd like and I asked for cheese and onion. Unfortunately I didn't realise what they'd made me until after I'd left. Two dry pieces of standard toast with cold grated cheese and chopped onion inside! Hopeless; the filling just fell out all over my van. On a positive note, their Coffee is a reasonable standard and a competitive price. My advice, stick to their hot drinks, forget the food.

Polite and welcoming staff. Very good value for money. Meals served exactly how menu displays. Food was delicious and the coffee was very good. Would definitely visit again if I'm in the area as I live 140 miles away.
