   Shocking lack of care, accountability, and basic human decency from this nursery — avoid at all costs. Our son was sent home multiple times with blistered, sore skin from being left in soiled nappies. We raised concerns verbally on several occasions, but nothing changed. When it happened again, we raised an official complaint. The nursery apologised and claimed they were putting in new procedures — then it happened yet again. By this point, our trust in their ability to provide even basic care was gone. Rather than acknowledging failings, we were met with a dismissive, policy-driven response. No compassion. No responsibility. Just repeated references to “we followed policy” — as if that makes neglect acceptable. The Nursery Manager, Charlene, has been consistently unhelpful throughout, hiding behind policy, refusing to take accountability, and completely ignoring the actual impact on our child. The Area Manager has been no better — we’ve tried to escalate to her numerous times and have been ignored at every turn. Frankly, she’s been as much use as a chocolate teapot: all title, no action. The point we were making that the frequency of nappy changes should be increased if a child is starting to show signs of a sore bum, was overlooked each time we raised it and they consistency replied that they checked the cameras and our son had his nappy changed. We know he had it changed, the point being that he hasn't had it changed frequently enough as he has been sat in his own faeces for hours! We took the decision to remove our son from his sessions, because we no longer trust them to keep him safe. Their response? “You still owe us the money.” When we requested a refund for sessions we paid for but could no longer safely use, we were ignored completely. When we raised the possibility of escalating to Ofsted, we were told: “Well, they won’t get your money back.” That’s the attitude — not “how can we fix this?”, but “you still owe us money.” No ownership. No accountability. Just a wall of policy excuses and silence. We’ve now been left with no option but to report the nursery to Ofsted in the hope that no other child has to experience what ours did. Do not send your child here. Policies should never come before a child’s wellbeing.

   We couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. Our little boy has been going here since he was 9 months old. It was the best decision we made. Every single member of staff have been and are amazing with all the children and parents. You can tell they generally care about every single child. They’ve been so supportive especially with us as our child went through the neurodevelopmental pathway they were with us every step of the way to help the process a little less daunting. A special mention goes towards the nurseries Senco Helen, she is the absolute best. She’s guided us through the process of the pathway and then his EHCP ready for school as well as just working with him and the staff to make every day he attended absolute wonderful. He’s loved nursery for the entire almost 4 years he attended. We loved it so much our little girl now attends and she’s coming on leaps and bounds!!

   Ive had all three of my children at this nursery as its a wonderful, inviting environment. My 1 year old is currently their and enjoys attending nursery and has a very special bond with her key worker Shannon Ratcliffe.

   My son attends nursery full time, all the staff at the nursery are really friendly and welcoming. My son loves being at nursery he is always so happy to go and I love all the updates I get on how he is doing throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with the care being provided. Special mention to Katie in baby room who has help him settle into nursery life so well we can’t thank her enough for what she has done for him since starting

   I honestly couldn't ask for a better setting for my son to go to. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and they care for your child just as much as you do. You get regular updates about your child's development and photos of what they've been upto through the day. My son is under assessment for autism and they have been remarkably flexible with his needs and he's developed wonderful relationships with the staff. Extra measures have been put in place to support him and I always get a thorough handover when I collect him. They have been very supportive, are readily available and knowledgeable when I need advice and are very much on the ball when it comes to working with other professionals outside the nursery. The attentiveness from the staff to the children is second to none and they have a child led approach which is why I think he's made so much progress since starting. Amazing nursery and would highly recommend to anyone.

   My daughter has been at Kidz R Us Irlam since she was 6/7 months old and she’s almost 2 now. We’ve been through COVID restrictions and some really unsettling times as new parents but the staff have always been amazingly reassuring and there to listen and advice us. They’re number one priority is to keep the children safe but they also have amazing bonds with the children too. My daughter loves going to nursery and her key worker. The nursery put on great events such as Mother’s Day and Father’s Day stay and plays and the kids are always having fun and learning new skills. I get regular pictures and communications which cheer up my day. Thank-you to all the staff for all the hard work they put in!

   My daughter started here in November when she turned 2 and she has developed so so much during this time it’s amazing to see! All the staff are lovely and her teacher Deanna is amazing at her job she gives me regular insightful updates on Evas progression! My daughter loves it and I can go to work without worry knowing she’s being looked after by the best!

   My daughter moved to this nursery from another due to it being closer to my place of work. It was the best decision my partner and I had made. She has been much happier, and capacity for learning and social interaction has improved. The staff are delightful and the information they pass on to the parents is insightful. The platform they use to keep parents up to date with what is going on at the nursery is very forward thinking as I remember thinking how beneficial it was compared to the previous nursery where I can now see when they feed her/what they feed her, when she has a nap and how long for, they share development progress and much more.

   My son attended for 1 1/2 years before going to school. He really enjoyed his time here and bonded with his keyworker. Lovely home from home nursery with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Staff take the children out to visit places in the local community and my son still talks about his experiences to this day.
