“A breath of fresh air! Great visit today. Met a fantastic dentist called ‘Noor Fatima’. Absolutely delighted. I am hard of hearing, this lady was polite, a beautifully spoken lady, she made an effort to look at me when communicating so I could see what she was saying too. Dr Fatima is brilliant, very intelligent and knowledgeable as well as a caring and compassionate person. Dr Fatima fixed my broken filling and had my teeth all sparkling clean in no time and I went out there with a big smile on my face. Dr Fatima is exactly the kind of dentist we all need, a true professional and very empathetic. A very gentle lady. “I booked in for a routine check up, and it was a very pleasant experience the whole way through. Booking an appointment was straightforward, and upon my arrival all staff members were very friendly. I saw Dr Rashid, who was extremely helpful and professional. As a member of the Bupa dental insurance, my claim was already applied to the cost of the appointment meaning all I had to do was pay the amended price and everything would be settled with Bupa and the practice - very convenient!”

I sent all 3 of my kids to this playgroup and it has been a big help, the kids learnt so much and they couldn't wait to go back the next day. They've all helped so much with my son, who is delayed in speech and development. The teachers have been a great support not only to the kids but myself aswel. Cannot recommend this playgroup enough. “My daughter has been at Bubbly Bear Nursery now for around 16 months and we have been really happy with our choice to send her to Bubbly Bear. The staff are always so friendly and she has built a really good relationship with all the staff. Communication is always very good from staff and management. After each day we always get a run down of the day and also via the Nursery story app. I think ultimately my daughter is happy, always tells us when she is home of all the fun she has been up to with her friends and the other staff. Her confidence has grown although she is quite shy and look forward to seeing her develop over the next year or so before she moves on to reception. I would highly recommend Bubbly Bear to any parents looking for a really warm friendly environment for their children to develop in their early years.”

“I'm quite shocked at some of these reviews. My 9 year old accessed this service and we both found it really helpful. Not sure if I am able to name people, but our case worker was absolutely brilliant and just totally 'got' my daughter! He came up with some strategies to help my daughter copy with her anxiety day to day. I never expected my child to be 'fixed' but she has definitely learnt slowly to deal with her anxiety as part of her personality and is now able to use coping mechanisms with the help of the adults around her.”

“Wow! I was referred to Alderley Edge Dental for wisdom tooth removal, having all four teeth removed. Julian and Lucy were nothing short of amazing. I can be quite nervous when getting dental treatment, Julian talked me through everything, answered any questions I had and explained what was happening throughout. Lucy was fantastic in offering me support, words of encouragement and a hand to hold when needed. Aside from the care, compassion and empathy they both offered, we also had a real laugh (which helped with my nerves). I appreciate you both so much, thank you for everything!”
