   Perhaps the place is better for food than for coffee. Ordered latte and it had no latte art… milk did not look well foamed, I would understand if it was £2 coffee but it is more than £4. A bit disappointed… also, the atmosphere is okey but it is more like a food place, not a cute cozy coffee place. Prices are pretty high and even if you order just coffee service charge is added.

   I had hoped for a pleasant visit, but unfortunately my experience fell far below expectations. Finding a strand of hair in my food was already disappointing, though I suppose some might call it an “unexpected garnish.” What made the situation worse was the staff’s reaction. When I politely pointed it out, their attitude was far from professional -certainly not the warm hospitality one would hope for. Throughout the entire interaction, not a single apology was offered, which was surprising given the circumstances. I sincerely hope the café can improve both its food hygiene and customer service. Basic courtesy, after all, should not be an optional extra.

   Very friendly service and a great selection of brunch food. We waited 30 minutes for a table and returned to be promptly seated. The staff are lovely and the food actually comes quite quick despite how busy they are. As a returning customer, always a go-to cafe for a classic brunch. Not the cheapest brunch fare in Teddington, or even on this stretch of high st but a reliable option for the humble scranner…

   We had to wait for a table on a busy Sunday but once we were in, the place we sat was comfy and cosy. Sadly our drinks arrived after our brunch and the prices were reasonably tasty (with a 12.5% discretionary tip) but so was the food so I guess that was our choice. We saw the menu and knew the prices but check them out before you go so that you know what you want before you arrive. I loved the Arnold Benedict omelette. It was my first time and it was very tasty with plenty of fish in the dish.

   Cafe Benedict is a lot of things - a great brunch spot for meeting with friends, a romantic dinner date, serves some of the best coffee and cakes around, and boasts the loveliest staff that will brighten your day. It can’t be understated how much the atmosphere matters when it comes to Cafe Benedicts, on which they always deliver. There’s always something for everyone - from delicious gluten free to vegan options. Their diverse selection combined with the cosy atmosphere makes this a constant in our lives.

   A must whenever in Teddington! Such gorgeous food and lovely vibe. The Waffle with hand cut bacon and truffle butter is superb, as are the staff. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. Well done team Cafe Benedict!!

   I really wanted to love this place as the food was quite decent and the cafe itself was nice. However me and my partner had waited around 40 mins for our main course, and all the other tables who came after us had their food served before us and at the end there were no apologises from the waiter. We couldn’t get our drinks topped off either as the waitress were too busy. The food was nice on the other hand, my waffle was fluffy and the lamb cutlet was nice and tender although under seasoned (again we had to get salt ourselves as there were no one to serve us).
