Reasonable prices, honest people, I just wish they would answer the phone. Doesn't matter when you call, they simply do not answer the phone. Too Bad.
Have used this garage for twenty years and have always had excellent service from them. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, their customer service is second to none and prices very reasonable.

The receptionist at Acton Garage went above and beyond to help me out when I needed an M8 drill bit to fix my boot latch. I couldn't pop out to grab the M8 drill bit due to my crazy NHS rota at WWL Trust, but the receptionist at Acton Garage came to the rescue! They found the bit and let me use it without any charge. Exceptional service from Acton Garage, especially that receptionist who truly understands the value of helping others in need.
Excellent service and repair MOT facility been using it for over 30+ years never had a bad experience. Great price and if an emergency should occur they will try to sort it out ASAP. can't recommend this place enough 5 stars .
Took car here for MOT...had no warning lights, silent engine, got back from them with advisery that a brake needed looking at but "not crucial" and it passed first time...fine! Driving it, it produced an insanely loud whistle, a burning smell so intense we had to open all windows, a "pop" then warning lights on!?! They said they can't fix the issue that they caused for "a number of weeks"!?! So will now have to take elsewhere at my own cost! (Also asked them to look at parking sensor which they "forgot" to do) i would seriously think twice, three or four times before taking your car here! Mines passed every MOT cars immaculate and well looked after and hours after them having it, a truck load of issues and is now "not safe to drive" will absolutely be taking this further!!
I have used this family run garage for over 30 years. They are friendly and helpful and explain what they have done. They don't overcharge. They will go the extra mile to get you back on the road. Good people.

I feel sure some other garages would have piled on the price - and their profits - by replacing serviceable parts. NOT Acton, - they treat each job with a “ keep the cost down “ approach and the staff are friendly and helpful - not to mention supremely professional, speedy and efficient. I am delighted to recommend this garage - as they were recommended to me. I would not consider going anywhere else.
