Avoid like the plague! Not a Volvo specialist! They just sell cheap crap cars! Absolute garbage, do not buy a car from these people! Nothing but problem after problem with a Volvo I got from them. Finally moved it on. Good riddance. Never going near this place again!
Had my past three cars MOT tested at this garage for the 11 years I've been driving. I was always notified of any issues and had them dealt with at a very reasonable price. Very professional workshop and reception team and very approachable if you need advice. I have also bought my three cars from them and all worked perfectly my last one even lasted me for nine years. Great garage highly recommend.
Fantastic service. The owner put on 4 brand new tyres without being told or asked to do so. They made sure the vehicle was ready to drive away. They didn't push for the documents to be signed and spent time talking to us. Will highly recommend Woodside Motors to friends and family.
Massive let down by this garage!! I had my car booked in for 9am for MOT, thinking if anything needs doing they will have all day. Failed on light bulb and they rang me to say could only do it in 5 days time!! I never had a car handed back with a failed MOT and not being repaired same day! Need the car for work and school runs so 5 days without would've been a disaster! Luckily it was quickly sorted elswere. Now I know never to use this unhelpful garage again!
Cheap car flippers, before you buy a car from them have it checked head to toes, have it on the tester., their trend is fast money. Bought an xc90 10 months ago and the car has been in service 3 times since with multiple errors.
High quality cars great service I purchased my last car a Volvo V50 from this garage had it for 10 years and had it serviced here every time. Car never missed a beat. Highly recommended
Booked in a week ago did a diagnostics check told me they’d be able to sort the problem fine, turn up on the day of being booked in to be told ‘we wasn’t paying for the fluid and needed a kit to be done’ not mentioning anything about this after the check, could’ve mentioned the fact it couldn’t be done during the time I was waiting to take in into the garage, told me I had a week to drive on it with the problem. To get laughed at and told ‘ok’ after I said it’s abit of a joke that nothing got said before hand now trying to solve the problem but can’t book into other garages for at least another week or 2 so nice one. Absolute joke.
