   absolutely awful customer service from order of coffee to the most unfriendly stsff, Simine and Kinga, need customer care training. what a shame Costa, get rid of your awful staff who treat paying customers like crap

   The service is slow. The coffee is bitter and crap. When asked to put a much chocolate powder as possible on my cappuccino the woman, with an annoyed face, started throwing powder all over the table and the saucer. The biscuits were overpriced, as usual in these cafes. Better real 3 more minutes and go to caffe Nero, or even GREGGS have a better cappuccino than here (and much cheaper!!).

   It was raining when arrived in Watford. All I was looking for coffee to warm up myself before start my shopping. Good location just in front of Atria shopping mall. Cool and cosy atmosphere, quick and with smile service by two girls. Attentive and good at their job. Coffee is always good and extra tuna melt sandwich. Seating available inside and out. I like the round shape light in middle of ceiling with soft dim light.

   I walked on the rain carrying a backpack to go to this place cause it says here it's open until 10pm. I arrived there at 7pm and it was closed. It closes at 6pm...

   Cosy & friendly, staff are nice… only inconvenient thing is the opening times are wrong on Google.. It says close 7:30pm but usually closes at 6 so everyone has to up and leave before anticipated. Other than that it’s good!

   Got a cappuccino for take away on a absolutely freezing old morning and it was really warming and tasty. Kept my hands warm too. Service was fast as they weren’t very busy as it was very early morning. Staff were smiling and friendly, nice and talkative as well which makes you feel a bit more comfortable Cappuccino tasted very nice and smooth. The standard Costa coffee taste that I’ve come to know and love. Will be returning again.

   It is very pleasant to enter a shopping center, which is summer and hot outside. You can drink a hot cappuccino and enjoy, because there is an air conditioner. The place is self-service, as in every chain of Costa coffee shops. It's nice to sit by the window and watch the people walking in the Atria shopping center

   Very tidy, friendly staff and drinks were made to perfection. This Costa has got everything right here, however, it’s just too small, hence the 4 stars. It cannot accommodate many people here. The Americano and Hot Chocolate was made with care and it was extra hot (just how you want it in winter).
