   My sister and I always get a coffee before shopping I usually get the tiramisu shaken espresso however the lady at the counter today told me they are no longer making them. So I decided to get my drink that I always order I will insert a picture of how it usually looks below and a picture of the one I received today. The drink I was served today was so disgusting I had to throw it away after a few sips. I understand I ordered the drink to my liking however I have had this drink many times before and this tasted completely different. The drink was also still warm when I asked for Iced and the flavouring was so off. Made with zero love and the lady that took my order missed out two of the add ons I asked for. Walked away very disappointed considering I always come here for coffee. Not anymore sadly.

   I think its a bit of Manpower issue , staffs are doing the best they can. This is not the first time but Everytime I come , I see these used cups and dishes always left on the table. No one clears it it or cleans it as well.

   This was absolutely disgraceful, my friend ordered her drink, payed with cash, the lady who was serving couldn’t count the money and made her pay over 1 pound more than it actually was. The strawberries were really chewy and had seeds everywhere. I would recommend the one outside of atria.

   It gets really busy on weekends and holidays but any other time I come during the working week, it’s calm and empty, plenty of seating inside to get work done. The staff are quick and friendly. Some nice food options available for quick bites.

   Lovely drinks and cakes. Ample seating, so good for a break from shopping! Great staff, very helpful when our grandson knocked over his hot chocolate going everywhere - very patient clearing up, and offered us a fresh drink!

   Really nice friendly staff. The drinks are always at the best standards and it's not too busy. Really nice place if you need to get work done or just want to catch up with friends/family. 5 star all round!

   The customer service was great when ordering and collecting order but when I went to sit down for much needed working wifi, the seating area didn’t get a clean sadly. Around for an hour, I didn’t see opportunity for any baristas to leave and tidy anyhow, maybe needs another team member to help with this Gingerbread latte was nice though

   Coffee is very nice but in this branch the staff Is awful! 8 people ! 4 behind The counter! None of them has too many experience with customer Service ! The Place is huge! Confortable!!
