   I had to ask for someone to clear the table. They did but didn't clean it. Sausage roll crumbs everywhere. Lots of tables not cleared. They need more staff. The cost is too much and I expect a clean table.

   My daughter ordered caramel latte with oat milk. They made it with normal milk. Within half an hour she had stomach pains etc due to not being able to tolerate dairy. Make sure they understand your order the guy serving could hardly speak English let alone understand it!!

   Certainly no smile with the service here, but we got some coffees at 15:59 on a Sunday and for that we are thankful! I'm not a fan of the American style insincere overly happy service anyway. If one cup had less foam it would have made a 5 star.

   Unbelievable. I arrived at 16.25 to be met with staff already going home. When I explained Google says 16.30 not 16.25 she said we close at 16.20. I told them I walked 45 minutes to be told "sorry bout that" and walked away. No help and no mention of the Costa 10 minutes walk away. Totally useless!

   I ordered via click and serve. I waited for a while for my order only to have to go and retrieve my items from inside the store. The employee said she looked for my car but this was not true. They left my order at the entrance of the store to be picked up. The coffee was cold by then. This was clearly just an excuse to not have to come outside. Absolutely disgraceful and disappointing. Please inform your employees to make more of an effort to find the vehicle. It’s not even a huge parking area. Do better, honestly.

   Good location with lots of parking, but staff in the costa are not organised. Every time we go it’s always like headless chickens with a long queue. They also never have any vegan options in stock

   I took my daughter to this branch and ordered a hot chocolate (she said it tasted ok), and the festive coffee drink - there was nothing festive about this drink. tasted bad, milky and did not put me in the festive mood at all. To be honest the McDonalds festive drinks give more of a kick and are cheaper. I'd expect a better drink Costa, especially the fact that i paid almost £9 for them.

   Nice atmosphere. Coffee okay but nothing to shout home about. Their croissants are a joke! My wife asked for them to be toasted. They came on a plate with two packaged butters (no jam) and a knife that wasn't very sharp. No matter what I did I couldn't cut open the croissant, in fact it flaked apart and we had to layer the butter on the top of it. I later made a humble suggestion to the girl behind the counter that they could be cut open first, but I could tell that she wasn't at all interested. She suggested that I contact Costa head office as she only worked there, and all that without a smile. How times have changed.

   We needed a coffee break from our shopping trip to Watford and noticed a Costa. I must say that My family and I received the most wonderful customer service by Mo Nusly and Roxana. They were both very hardworking and delivered our drinks and food with a smile. We had a few requests and they attended to our every need. They made the coffees to perfection. They have made my day and hope to visit again soon.
