   absolutely awful customer service from order of coffee to the most unfriendly stsff, Simine and Kinga, need customer care training. what a shame Costa, get rid of your awful staff who treat paying customers like crap

   The service is slow. The coffee is bitter and crap. When asked to put a much chocolate powder as possible on my cappuccino the woman, with an annoyed face, started throwing powder all over the table and the saucer. The biscuits were overpriced, as usual in these cafes. Better real 3 more minutes and go to caffe Nero, or even GREGGS have a better cappuccino than here (and much cheaper!!).

   It was raining when arrived in Watford. All I was looking for coffee to warm up myself before start my shopping. Good location just in front of Atria shopping mall. Cool and cosy atmosphere, quick and with smile service by two girls. Attentive and good at their job. Coffee is always good and extra tuna melt sandwich. Seating available inside and out. I like the round shape light in middle of ceiling with soft dim light.

   Coffee was good but staff were unfriendly. Got our order wrong which isn't a problem but the lady serving was obviously irritated and treated us as if we were lying. There was no eye contact when addressing us and she was very rude. Her name was kinga.

   This is a really nice coffee place just inside Atria watford! The staff are really lovely and they always make the drinks to how you like them! They have a wide selection of hot and cold drinks so whether your trying to warm up in the winter or just have a refreshment they always have something for you. T stars all round!

   Staff were struggling a little on a system were ordering is done on a tablet, but in a certain order and by a pleasant member of staff with a strong European accent. The staff were pleasant with a new alien system. It did make an interesting if not fraustrating experience for a morning coffee.

   Cafe Costa is one of the options to sit and drink coffee, while shopping in the Artia shopping center. Their coffee is delicious, the process of ordering and preparing the coffee is fast. If there is a free table by the window, you can seat and watch the shops Atria. There is free Wi-Fi for customers to use. The place is very pleasant to sit.

   Very tidy, friendly staff and drinks were made to perfection. This Costa has got everything right here, however, it’s just too small, hence the 4 stars. It cannot accommodate many people here. The Americano and Hot Chocolate was made with care and it was extra hot (just how you want it in winter).
