   Had to wait around 15-20 minutes for an order, the staff were extremely slow. On top of that, the drink that I got (strawberry drizzle) was very bland and unflavourful.

   Our favourite coffee place in the Harlequin shopping centre in Watford. Good service, lovely coffee, nice cakes. A special shoutout to Anusha (apologies for any misspelling) who did a good job both making our coffee and finding the right cakes that we had ordered as our server was called away.

   I had a very good stop at this Costa in the Harlequin. The café is clean, bright, and nicely laid out, with enough seating to actually sit down and relax, even when it’s a bit busy. The staff were friendly and efficient. My order was taken quickly and prepared just the way I asked. Service felt smooth and well organised, which is exactly what I want from a coffee stop in a shopping centre. The coffee was hot, consistent, and enjoyable, and there’s a good range of snacks and cakes to choose from if you want something extra. Overall, it was a simple but very pleasant visit — good coffee, good service, and a comfortable place to take a break while shopping. I’d happily come back.

   Really bad barista service in Costa, staff are rude and not understanding. Ordered and paid for a medium drink but we were given a small size, when I went back to ask why the lady say "the drink was overflowing". The lady refused to give enough napkins to clean the overflown drink. All the 5 drinks we ordered taste like milk, no flavours. Drink given like this, doesnt look appealing to drink. - photo attached is how the drink was served and supposedly a medium sized drink. The man who served us was actually really nice but the female batista was awful.

   This Costa is in Next (Atria Centre). The service is generally good. The last time the server didn't acknowledge customers which was rather off putting. These foreign baristas are often a little unfriendly. Anyway, to be honest the coffee is almost awful. It is cheap and bitter, even with full cream milk. The croissant was stale. I don't understand those who state that the coffee is good. We try out different cafes according to our mood. Anyway, at least it's drinkable. I didn't finish my cup which is always an indication of bad cheap coffee that I don't enjoy. There isn't a toilet in-store but there is one straight ahead out through the entrance and it's clean. The seating is very good and the atmosphere is nice. However, one major gripe is that their spotlights often shine in one's eyes and it's annoying. Picture to prove it. UPDATE: Some tables are very close to others, so it can be very, very annoying to hear people's (loud) conversation.

   Costs used to be a perfect place to get a coffee or lunch. Not as good now. No atmosphere. Food very poor and service in Watford terrible. Will not be going back.

   Really nice little coffee shop for some down time or needing to get work done! The drinks here are really tasty and have a wide variety of food to accompany them. The atmosphere is normally quite quiet until lunch time where it can get very busy! The staff are friendly and will make the drink how you like it! 5 stars all around!

   Nice coffee and comfortable seating. Usually quiet but can get busy some times. Small sizes are bigger than regular/small drinks in other shops so if looking for a small drink make sure you ask for "small" and not "regular". Their "regular" is more like a medium size and is fairly large. Coffee is very nice though.
