Had an advisory on MOT that there was a problem with a part of vehicle. Took to MK, the chap came out to the car and inspected the car and said there was no such problem. My dad previously had used MK and they did a decent honest job for half the price too. The most honest guys going and won’t rip you off.
Took my vehicle with two MOT fails. Vehicle now repaired and kept updated all through the process and was shown repair work, old faulty parts and supplier invoices. Would definitely recommend with no hesitation at all! Would use again.
First class service, trustworthy and a reasonable price. Work was completed efficiently and they went the extra mile to drop me off, which was very much appreciated. Also, very refreshing to be told that my car didn’t need extra work. I won’t be going anywhere else in future!
I have been a customer since the late 70's along with the firms vans and family cars. The reason: I know I can completely trust their work and integrity. They will not carry out any work, as part of a service that is not required or replace parts just to make a profit. For example, if the service schedule states brake fluid change or cam belt change the dealerships would carry out the work, and charge, without question. It is all profit. MK Auto test the brake fluid first and will only change if required. I have only done 24000 miles mostly due to the Coronavirus. The maintenance schedule is for a cam belt change. They do not age that badly mostly wear and I was advised it did not need changing this time round. Saving me between £300 to £400. Their pricing is reasonable and the quality of work exemplary. I fully recommend the company and their employees and congratulate them on maintaining their standards in difficult times.
I have have been having my car and van serviced by MK AUTOMOTIVE for a long time. Andy and Steve wil alwaysl do anything to help you , if they can. See for yourself and prove me wrong! For readers who like to see both sides MK would have been a 5 star rating but it seems some people are beyond help.

I have never received anything but excellent service, great advice, timely responses, and high quality work.
