   Had a problem with my Mercedes A250 AMG (fuel smell coming through the air vents into the car, only had the car a month and was worrying i was going to have to give it back and find another car). I was advised to take it to MB Tech. So glad i did. They got me booked in and looked all over my car and found the fault and fixed it the same day! Car drives like a dream now, would definitely recommend MB Tech and use them again! Can't thank them enough for this!

   Who knew that we will find ourselves in the era where sort of complex service will require not only interesting amounts but also [mainly] proof of vehicle's owner true identification and the original V5C. I can only guess, what's happening on the market, if such tactics are actively in practice. Naturally and obviously without mentioning the true shades of the quality within originality, plus applicable accordingly warranty. In this case, I mean MB TECH at Gemini Park, I am their customer since I've had my first one in this region, years ago. And somehow, continuously, I am their customer when it comes to the serious matters. This time, after this visit - satisfied - financial direction of the circumstances accordingly with the economical inflation, but satisfied regardless. Nowadays, Daimler AG might not be the same company, but surely it is a legendary quality plus style which we like. Devices of such, undoubtedly require serious and responsible personnel present behind the curtains, otherwise, also this brand will mutate into counterfeited imitation of the automoto evolution. I think, I am not the only one, who loves such tech aspects of our existence on this Planet. I am glad that talented personnel in the places like this one, taking care of four wheels "low flying devices", which often make real characters not only turbo happy, but also really reliable when it comes to be fast at the right place in the right time. Per suggestion... If you have any issues or questions, step by or phone them, speak with their crew - chances are massive, they will find the answers for you.

   I had an ongoing issue with my mercedes E class being in limp mode. Mbtech diagnosed the problem and rectified it very promptly, I experienced First class service from initial enquiry to completion of work. These guys are very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of there field. I would have no hesitation in using there services again, and recommending them to others.

   Avoid this garage at all costs. I collected our car after a simple diagnostic test to find a large dent and paint damage on the driver’s door that was not there before. Staff were evasive, the manager was rude and dismissive, and the so-called vehicle report they produced was inaccurate and suspicious. He promised to review CCTV and contact us, but nearly three months later we’ve heard nothing. Dishonest, unprofessional, and completely lacking accountability. We will never return and strongly advise others to steer clear.

   Drove down to enquire about some work and Rob was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He happily explained what he knew about the problem and how I could rectify it without spending money. More than happy to answer follow up questions. No wonder he said the wait time for an appointment is a month with service like this!

   These guys are really good and trust worthy. The Engine Warning Light on the dash came on. After a diagnostic test I was told that I needed a new AdBlue valve, sensor and tank. I asked for a price for the required work and parts which I agreed to. When I called to collect the car the bill was lower than we'd agreed, I asked why. The answer was that they'd been able to do the job quicker than Mercedes Benz suggested and have passed the labour saving on to you. Thanks you guys.
