Visited the embroidery gallery last week, bought several Christmas cards and enjoyed coffee in the cafe. Returned the following weekend with my 82 year old mother who walks with sticks and suffers from a bad back. Got told off by one of the female managers for swapping a comfy chair with one of the hard outdoor chairs to ease my mums back pain, then was told in a rude tone to ask next time. I acknowledge the young friendly waitresses were lovely and welcoming but higher up staff should adapt to the needs of the elderly. We sadly will not be returning and will seek better service elsewhere.

A superb gallery. Small exhibition display but everything was stunningly embroidered. The volunteers who supervise the gallery are so knowledgeable and willing to impart information.

Beautiful location. Outside chairs are very uncomfortable but it's such a lovely place to have a coffee. They might consider providing cushions? The toasted sandwiches are plain and a bit dry, no dressing or mayonnaise. Great cakes and coffee and teas.

We absolutely loved our visit! From start to finish, everything was perfect, and Harry was the highlight of the evening. He’s the best—charming, attentive, and so much fun to be around. He made us feel welcome right away and turned our meal into such a special experience. Harry truly goes above and beyond, and we can’t wait to come back and see him again!

Lovely place for a cup of tea. There's a free museum showing off the town's impressive millennial embroidery. The gardens are quite beautiful too. We caught a free afternoon concert going on

Always clean and friendly in the cafe but could add a few plant based meals

Really nice gardens and art exhibition. Café is good but quite slow and very expensive for food. Sandwiches are £7+. Free parking is available for an hour but you still have to get a ticket.

Lovely embroidery gallery. Great location with glass fronted cafe but service to order so so slow - though food quick once ordered! Odd that horrible sliced bread used for sandwiches and the tomato soup. Come on this is 2022 and you can get decent bread....

Great local galley and park. Next to galley has Sunbury park. You can enjoy walk, but we went there rainy day. We missed Wallington boots. :)) I think it would be better summer time or sunny ☀️ weather. Parking one hour free!
