“Let's be straight here. This is not a fancy pants place right. I've been here loads of times over the last 3 months and this place is a proper pub! You're not going to find many ladies here on a Friday night or any night to be honest (sorry guys but you know it's true! Lol). The staff are friendly and funny. They love to have a laugh. Although I've never been there on a race day the owners tell me it gets quite busy. Also it's one of the only local pubs in Sunbury that's open after 12 at night. All in all its quite a nice place to have a few pints. Probably more for the lads though :)”

“Crazy Hazy is an amazing entertainer. I hired her for my daughter’s first birthday party. She is very punctual, arrived exactly when she said she would with lots of fun equipment. She had all the children engaged and having fun from the moment she started entertaining. I had children from as young as 1 to as old as 11 at the party and crazy hazy had activities, games and songs to suit all ages. To top all of that off Tracey herself is a lovely lady, very professional and listens to exactly what you ask. I couldn’t recommend crazy hazy enough when looking for an entertainer. Thank you.”

“A gem. A proper no nonsense pub with a cellar person knowing their profession. Exceptional pint of Fullers served by bar staff that smiled and engaged. Large beer garden. Somewhere for everyone. No food on the Saturday we called but details of pubs within ten minutes provided. We stayed put and enjoyed the beer. Given this establishment five stars because you don't see pubs like this often. Give it a try next time you are at Kempton races and desire a great pint A very short walk from the car park.”

“I recently completed on a house that was being sold via Dexters Sunbury We where very impressed with Rachel Beach who offered support and updates all the way Easy to contact and assisted with our multiple requests to re view the property just so we could be sure. We all thought Rachel was friendly and caring and would highly recommend her. I found I had more updates via Rachel and Caroline during the sale process than we did our solicitors. Caroline actively communicated between myself- the sellers and both solicitors which really did help with the process and definitely took some of the stress away.
