“Let's be straight here. This is not a fancy pants place right. I've been here loads of times over the last 3 months and this place is a proper pub! You're not going to find many ladies here on a Friday night or any night to be honest (sorry guys but you know it's true! Lol). The staff are friendly and funny. They love to have a laugh. Although I've never been there on a race day the owners tell me it gets quite busy. Also it's one of the only local pubs in Sunbury that's open after 12 at night. All in all its quite a nice place to have a few pints. Probably more for the lads though :)”

“Kat was an amazing waitress. The PIMMs was great and really fruity tasting, and she saved our bacon by rejecting at the bar the first poured glass of Prosecco for my partner before it was even served, which has only just set at half filled at first. We appreciated that touch!”

“A gem. A proper no nonsense pub with a cellar person knowing their profession. Exceptional pint of Fullers served by bar staff that smiled and engaged. Large beer garden. Somewhere for everyone. No food on the Saturday we called but details of pubs within ten minutes provided. We stayed put and enjoyed the beer. Given this establishment five stars because you don't see pubs like this often. Give it a try next time you are at Kempton races and desire a great pint A very short walk from the car park.”

“Our first time in this pub. Went looking for a vegetarian Sunday Roast. Never easy to find & almost always disappointing. Not in this case though! The veggie Roast here was great! served with 4 veg, nicely cooked, lovely seasoned roast potatoes & Yorkshire puddings. They had all the meat options too.”
