We went to the Jubilee Pub as my daughter was doing a 2 hour Young Drivers thing across the road at Kempton Race Course. We saw other reviews which said the Sunday lunches were great, but great is an understatement. They were absolutely fantastic. My wife had the chicken and I had the beef and both were absolutely fantastic and cooked to perfection. My wife said the roast potatoes were the best she has ever had! Highly recommended. 10 out 10.

The staff couldn't even explain what the only vegetarian option in the whole menu was (which apparently was a sad salad). Then took incredibly long for an order of just chips. Definitely would not recommend. They were quite rude on top of it all.

We have been visiting this public house for many years, staff are fantastic, excellent service, they are lovely people. The best thing is the Sunday lunch, the meals here are very traditional made the way a Sunday dinner should be. Excellent pub highly recommended.

Let's be straight here. This is not a fancy pants place right. I've been here loads of times over the last 3 months and this place is a proper pub! You're not going to find many ladies here on a Friday night or any night to be honest (sorry guys but you know it's true! Lol). The staff are friendly and funny. They love to have a laugh. Although I've never been there on a race day the owners tell me it gets quite busy. Also it's one of the only local pubs in Sunbury that's open after 12 at night. All in all its quite a nice place to have a few pints. Probably more for the lads though :)

I walked in today at 1215pm, an hour and 15 mins after their alleged opening time. The room was dim and a middle aged woman was having a conversation behind the bar out of sight. I politely waited to be served as I did t want to interrupt their conversation. It wasn't until a small child that was also in the room in supervised brought the middle aged member of staff to my attention that she paid notice to me. I then politely asked if they could turn the lights up as I was finding it hard to root around my bag for my wallet. The member of staff looked at me in disgust and said "turn the light on!!! You're lucky to even be standing there! We're not open! Now get out and wait 5 mins for me to open" I was absolutely shocked at how vile the woman was towards me. The front door was open and it was over an hour since they were supposed to be open. The woman then walked away and I began to pack up my things. She then came back round and opened the door and demanded I left for 5 mins. I told her that I would be going somewhere else to which she responded "good!" I also over heard her saying to a friend or maybe another member of staff about how rude I was asking for the light to be turned on when they weren't open. I obviously had no way of knowing this and feel I was treated like absolute scum. I wouldn't recommend this pub to my enemies. AVOID!!!
