Great place to take cars and commercial vehicles no nonsense honest and straight talk from Andy and the team. Would not take my vehicles anywhere else. Repair and maintenance work always explained and reflected in the pricing. Don’t get the personal touch from main dealer like you do from this family run business. Keep up the good work gents.
What can I say Took my car for a service and for front discs and pads , I Couldn't make it back in time last night to pick it back up Andy came in early this morning so I could collect it before work ( before 7am ) now you dont get many garages doing this. Really quite disappointed with the service I received, went in for a knocking noise on my car, which the car makes on and off, I understand he struggled to find what was wrong with vehicle as It wasn’t making the noise at the time I took the car in, but charged me for something he thought might have been causing it, which if that was the case he should of just told me what he told me when I returned with the vehicle later on that day when the car was actually making the noise, just seemed he couldn’t be bothered even wanting to have a look told me it was safe to drive etc. but I don’t want to drive my vehicle when it’s making a loud knocking noise which he should of then taken a look at or booked me in on a later day. Just overall quite lazy and ignorant the man who was dealing with me was called Andrew.
