Nice big nero, plenty of tables. Staff were pleasant and served me quickly. Reasonable range of Nero food. Loo doesn't need a code and is usually clean.

The coffee was pretty good but honestly I prefer Chai Latte in colder weather. The food looked good, but it was too close to dinnertime for me to try the food. If you're in the area, I'd say that it's a good place to get coffee and pastry. The hot chocolate is also nice on a chilly rainy afternoon.

This place now has signs all over the place asking for 5* reviews, but I suggest the staff rather invest in creating an experience deserving of 5 stars. In my experience the cleanliness of the tables is often an issue and I end up having to wipe the table myself. The last time I visited the person taking my order was somewhat rude and impatient when the payment didn’t go through initially (I used the app, but scanning multiple QR codes doesn’t always work smoothly). I will probably come back as the coffee is decent and the location is convenient , but there is room for improvement.

Always such a lovely experience here! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but what really makes it special are the two cheerful and hardworking girls behind the counter. They’re always smiling, quick to serve, and make you feel like a valued customer every single time. Their positive energy really brightens up the day – coffee tastes even better when it’s served with such great service! Only small thing – the chocolate fudge cake today was a bit on the dry side, but everything else was spot on. Still a place I’d highly recommend stopping by!

This Caffè Nero is wide and spacious. It’s not far from the train station. Tucked away in a small alley, you will find this Nero in a quiet corner. It wasn’t so busy on a Sunday morning. The staff were nice and polite.

Love the coffee and cakes here, staff very friendly. Always clean and tidy in the actual coffee shop . The toilets are awful! My other moan is a single person with a laptop working, being allowed to sit at a table for 4 or 6 people. We was a group of 3, and had to sit at a table of 2 and get another chair. This should not be allowed!!

Girl who made the drinks last weekend was making them so fast that they were so poorly made. My pistachio latte was lukewarm with no flavour. I took it back to her and she just pumped in a shot of pistachio syrup and gave it back to me. The flat white we got was also bad.

I always like the coffee from Caffè Nero and no complaints today on that score. It would have been lovely if the male staff actually got on with their jobs and served the customers rather than flirting with them! As a result, only 1 female member of staff was actually working, which led to queues and other customers jumping line - grrrrr

I don't normally go to Caffe Nero after some bad experiences in some shop in Central. Richmond is a cozy place, nice and well organised, so I decided to try this place. I must say, service is very good and quick, coffees are tasty. Worth trying it.

Regular here. I enjoy the seating, the vibe, and the coffee. The customer service is mostly good, however the gentleman with glasses needs to learn some more manners. Taking my order with his back to me, serving the food as if he’s doing me a favour and talking in a stern tone. Not the first time he’s done this to me either. The ladies on the other hand are brilliant!
